Each FireRoster user has a dashboard. Once logged in, this is where they will see upcoming scheduled shifts. There is also a spot to receive department messages.
The dashboard messaging is available to all accounts and is the perfect place for a member to see upcoming trainings and department information.
FireRoster provides the ability to share your on duty schedule with mutual aid agencies, print out a daily roster for a hard copy, and sync with the incident command program ICx for an enhanced accountability tool.

FireRoster is designed to be a fully-functional scheduling solution. It is capable of scheduling by shift and resource. There is some setup that takes place with any fire department scheduling software, and FireRoster works to make that setup easier. Using the setup wizard guides the administrator through getting all settings and personnel entered correctly. It even has a shift wizard which can model most shift schedules.

Absolutely not! Again, we are a company founded by working fire service professionals. We hate spam (unless its tossed in with the hashbrowns) and do not like having our information sold between vendors. We will maintain an email list for our own purposes of letting you know about updates, etc. But, you can always unsubscribe from that as well.
+ Why did you include the ability to share a roster with mutual aid agencies?
Sharing a roster with mutual aid agencies works towards better scene accountability, and therefore increased firefighter safety. It will also allow a sync with your ICx board to show personnel working on your scenes from all agencies.
+ How does FireRoster.com work with ICx: Incident Command x?
ICx will sync all of your FireRoster.com data to show who is assigned to your resources when you deploy them on a scene. This provides increased fire department accountability and a safer scene. Utilizing ICx with FireRoster gives the incident commander better information than traditional means of tactical worksheets and accountability tags.
